Megan Baxter, production manager

Megan Baxter started working at Cedar Circle in 2002 as a berry picker. Since then, she has become an important part of the farm.

As Production Manager, Megan is responsible for coordinating all aspects of our field and greenhouse production. She developed and implemented food-safety plans for the farm in 2009. Megan runs our employee orientation program and is a constant presence in maintaining employee wellness.

She works extensively on our small fruit crops and is especially interested in creating successful pick-your-own and pre-picked operations for our strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. She has become a specialist in heirloom tomato cultivation and is a keystone at our annual heirloom tomato tasting.
